Position Overview Job TitleInfrastructure Engineering Associate AdvisorThe Associate Advisor role will report to the AIS – Data Movement team and will play a pivotal role in File Transfer Protocols. Critical part providing NIST & FIPS compliant Security/Encryption Protocols.  Job Overview:HIH Resource for Data Movement Advanced Operations The strategy of the data movement team is to provide exception service to the company and develop solutions that align to the enterprise direction. There will be opportunities to develop solutions that will meet new customer needs in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. Responsibilities:< >Provide support in File Transfer Protocols: HTTPS, FTP-SSL, SSH/SFTP, AS2And NIST & FIPS compliant Security/Encryption Protocols: IPsec, PGP, SSL/TLS, etc.< > Communicating with multiple areas within IT and some business areas with professional and positive attitude Strong customer service and customer support skills with the ability to communicate difficult technical concepts clearly to a variety of individuals of varying technical expertise and understanding. Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, to achieve deadlines for multiple tasks Highly Detail and Team Oriented Working with various tools/software like Globalscape MFT, IBM sterling etc. Advanced understanding of Internet traffic and Networking Willingness to learn new things and develop knowledge/understanding Qualifications:Education:< >Any bachelor's degree or better preferred Experience:< >Minimum of 8-11 years of experience in data movement area. General understanding of one or more of the following operating systems: Windows, Unix, Linux, Kubernetes (Plus) Skills:< >File Transfer Protocols: HTTPS, FTP-SSL, SSH/SFTP, AS2NIST & FIPS compliant Security/Encryption Protocols: IPsec, PGP, SSL/TLS, etc. Red Hat OpenShift (Plus)SQL and Oracle knowledge/proficiency (Plus Globalscape MFT {Primary Platform}IBM Sterling {B2B} File Gateway and Dashboard SQL Developer (Plus)Strong analytical and technical skills.
