Job Title

HIH - Infrastructure Engineering Advisor
Enterprise Client Engineering is currently seeking a highly motivated, team player to join our team as an Infrastructure Engineering Advisor. In this position, you will primarily focus on endpoint engineering efforts and technical guidance related to Windows and Mac endpoints, endpoint hardware, and associated core software applications that are used here at Cigna.

Responsibilities:

Technical Assistance & Innovation

< >Analysis, planning, and implementation of:Workstation operating system upgrades both Mac and Windows.Core workstation productivity software such as Microsoft Office products, on all enterprise Mac and Windows endpoints.Engaged as part of severe incident problem resolution activities to provide technical expertise to quickly resolve issuesReviews software to ensure workstation endpoints will not be negatively impactedCustomer service & leadership  

< >Provides technical guidance to application and support teams to solve complex problemsCreates technical documentation for all engineered solutions and provides support teams with the necessary support documentationMay manage others on a project basis for associated technical activities

< >Any bachelor's degreeExperience:

< >Minimum of 11-13 years of experience in Workforce Management.Skills:

< > JAMF 101 or similar Mac MDM training certifications  MacOS Essentials trainng and certification  5 years supporting Mac's in an enterprise environment  Mac software packaging and distribution  Can troubleshooting and build 802.1x configurations  Strong analytical and technical skills.  Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office software, specifically Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, macros)  Demonstrated experience with Workforce Management software (Aspect WFM, Verint, NICE,
etc or any other tool)  Innovative thinker with strong communication skills  Proven ability to perform in-depth data analysis and present insights in a clear
manner  Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, contribute
solutions  Ability to prioritize and meet timelines and deadlines  Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.  Ability to configure network print servers and support print queues\drivers.
