Course Advisor Position Overview
">We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Course Advisor to play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students towards making informed decisions about their career paths. As a Course Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with students to provide information about our courses and addressing their queries over phone calls or in-person meetings.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Conduct course counseling sessions, including school tours, to provide detailed information about the school and courses we offer.
- Maintain regular follow-up communication with prospects to resolve queries, provide solutions, and offer relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to discuss strategies and contribute to the team's success.
- Continuously update knowledge about our products and services.
- Prepare and submit daily reports to evaluate individual and team performance.
- Attend training sessions to enhance understanding of our courses and stay updated with industry trends.
