Key Role for a Creative Architect

The role is for an experienced architect to join our company and contribute to its success by creating innovative and functional spaces that meet clients' needs.

This key role involves leading architectural projects from concept to completion, managing a team of architects and designers, and collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality results.

  • Manage and lead architectural projects including conceptual design, feasibility studies, and project delivery
  • Develop and implement architectural designs that are sustainable, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences and deliver customized solutions
  • Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in residential architecture and interiors
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated expertise in Autodesk software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence
