This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer who can drive luxury and premium residential design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive design strategies for high-end residential interiors.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative designs.
  • Design and develop mood boards, space plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review and approve material selections to maintain design quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Mentor junior designers and interns to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential interior design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing residential projects and expertise.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination ability.
