Interior Design Lead

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of top-tier residential interiors, blending timeless design with cutting-edge sensibilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end interior design process, working closely with external consultants and internal stakeholders to achieve flawless execution.

  • Lead design development, collaborating with consultants and internal teams to ensure alignment with luxury brand standards.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, upholding uncompromising quality, aesthetic refinement, and functional integrity across all deliverables.
  • Foster strong relationships with world-class interior designers, driving pace, accountability, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and mentor an elite team of design managers, providing structured guidance and regular review to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Work closely with sales to translate client aspirations into viable design solutions, leveraging creativity while maintaining commercial acumen.
  • Partner with architectural, construction, and finishing teams to ensure seamless execution and precise adherence to design intent.
  • Cultivate an active presence on-site, overseeing finishing and detailing with exacting precision and unyielding commitment to quality.
  • Conduct exhaustive snagging and quality checks, guaranteeing flawless delivery that meets Isprava's highest standards.
  • Balance artistic vision with business pragmatism, optimizing designs for cost without compromising the luxury experience.
  • Review BOQs, indents, and vendor submissions to verify accuracy, feasibility, and design coherence.
  • Bring global best practices and innovative materials to projects, driving innovation and excellence throughout the design process.
  • Pursue digital and AI tools for visualization, moodboarding, and other creative applications.
  • Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency, maintain design purity, and drive exceptional results.
Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in luxury residential or hospitality interiors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing external consultants and internal design teams.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing luxury projects with impeccable attention to detail and finish.
