Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned interior design professional with a passion for delivering high-end residential projects. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent knowledge of design tools, presentation skills, and expertise in conceptual, technical, and modular design.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive project success through logical sales pitches and lead client meetings.
  • Owning the customer experience throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • Leading an end-to-end project lifecycle, from creation to delivery.

Requirements:

  • Graduation or relevant diploma with 15 years of academic education.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as an interior designer.
  • Led and delivered at least 5-6 residential projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning).
  • Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
  • Project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch.
  • Behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
  • A high degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
