Our Global Networks - Enterprise Network team is seeking an experienced Network Architectural Specialist to create and enhance network services and solutions that deliver the best possible experience for our associates and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, engineer, implement, and optimize LAN/WAN/WiFi networks to ensure adherence to architecture, security, privacy, compliance, and other applicable standards.
  • Manage network service and circuit capacity, including project planning, delivery, and governance of third-party service providers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Network Architects, Test and Certification, Information Security, Finance, Procurement, and others.
  • Develop and execute new initiatives to simplify, standardize, optimize, and automate network designs, tooling, and operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in enterprise networking, with a focus on wireless, SD-WAN, and LAN infrastructure.
  • Expertise in enterprise wireless protocols, RF site surveys, and security best practices.
  • Proven hands-on experience with SD-WAN (Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN preferred), including policy configuration, site provisioning, and performance tuning.
  • Strong understanding and implementation experience with Fabric-based LAN architectures.
  • Proficient in Layer 2/3 networking concepts, including VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, and multicast.
  • Skilled in network monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating or leveraging automation, AI, and machine learning to deploy and manage networks, as well as development and deployment of virtualized network services. Familiarity with cloud networking solutions and vendor experience in Cisco LAN/WAN/WiFi, HPE/Mist WiFi, Palo Alto Networks FW and SDWA NetScout, Thousand Eyes, NetMRI, ServiceNow, Oracle SBCs, and VOIP is also desirable.
