Architectural Design Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Design Specialist to contribute to the development and implementation of architectural projects. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend project meetings to communicate and coordinate with client teams, representatives, and engineers as directed by the project manager and seniors.
  • Analyze architectural designs and plans, preparing building sections, elevation options, schedules, and other design documents required for each phase of a project.
  • Contribute to concept design, furniture design, finishing details with detailed drawings for show and sample flats by developing presentation and mood boards in consultation with seniors.
  • Coordinate interfaces between the Engineering team and the Project Management team, ensuring effective transfer of information between the two.
  • Assist in research and coordination of materials and products as per project specifications.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly creative individual with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong imagination and ability to think and create in three dimensions.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
