Architectural Interior Designer Position

A highly skilled and innovative architectural interior designer is required to create visually stunning designs that blend aesthetics and functionality. This role involves conceptualizing and developing architectural interior design ideas, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering projects from inception to completion.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree in architecture or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of relevant experience with strong technical competency.
  • Proficiency in primary software such as Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with additional software like Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Navis Works is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present conceptual design ideas and building interior drawings that meet project requirements.
  • Analyze user needs and participate in research, conceptualization, and development of designs.
  • Present and express architectural interior design ideas and planning through freehand sketches.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and coordinate with other disciplines.
  • Prepare complete sets of construction drawings, documents, and specifications for architectural interior design while maintaining high standards.
Skills and Qualities
  • Excellent understanding of textures and material product selections.
  • Furniture, decorative lighting, equipment, and window treatment product selections and specifications.
  • Knowledge of ergonomics, architectural interior lighting, sanitary fixtures, and fitting accessory products.
  • Understanding of disability codes and their applicability to layouts.

  • Enthusiastic, inventive, and imaginative mindset with strong work ethics and ability to thrive in demanding environments.
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Revit for architectural interior design concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English language command.
