Job Title: Visionary Visual Communicator

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team as a Visionary Visual Communicator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand's message.

About the Job:

  • Create engaging and innovative designs for various marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, social media graphics, advertisements, and presentations.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that align with our goals and messaging.
  • Develop compelling stories through design, conveying complex ideas and messages in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Bid on fresh ideas, pushing the envelope in terms of design concepts while considering target audience and market trends.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry-standard design software and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Evaluate designs to ensure they are of high quality, pixel-perfect, and ready for various mediums and formats.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW).
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
