Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Visual Communications Specialist to drive the visual identity of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and the ability to translate concepts into impactful visuals across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, emailers, presentations, and marketing campaigns that align with our brand messaging.
- Design high-quality brand collaterals such as logos, brochures, banners, ads, and other visual elements that meet our brand standards.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our visual communications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
- Adapt designs based on feedback and optimize for different platforms to ensure maximum impact.
- Strong background in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field, preferably with a degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years of experience as a senior graphic designer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality visual communications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard design tools.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including both print and digital materials.
