Job Title: Visual Communication Specialist

We are seeking an imaginative and skilled Visual Communication Specialist to contribute to our creative team.

  • Study design briefs, identify requirements, and develop project plans.
  • Schedule projects, define the work pipeline, and conceptualize visuals.
  • Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
  • Apply color theory and layout principles to create engaging graphics.
  • Collaborate with the creative lead and marketing team to produce high-quality designs.
  • Test graphics across various media platforms.
  • Refine designs based on feedback and ensure they meet company standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Design and create compelling visual communications for diverse deliverables (flyers, posters, slides, presentations, etc.).
  • Develop a design plan, concept, and layout for graphic design projects.
  • Work closely with the creative lead and writer to understand project scope and objectives.
  • Select design elements, colors, and animation techniques to enhance visual communications.
  • Collaborate with designers to resolve technical and design issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design techniques and trends.
  • Maintain organization and adhere to naming conventions for graphic files.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop storyboards and participate in brainstorming sessions to share new perspectives and ideas.
