Senior Architect Job Description

The role of Senior Architect entails overseeing and leading architectural projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring that design standards and client requirements are met. This position involves collaborating with design teams, project managers, and clients to develop and execute innovative architectural solutions for various sectors.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architectural design process, ensuring creative and functional designs that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop detailed architectural drawings and presentations for various project types, resulting in high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage multiple architectural projects, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
  • Ensure alignment between architectural design and construction feasibility, budgets, and schedules.
  • Prepare and submit project documentation, including reports, specifications, and technical drawings.
  • Collaborate with US-based teams to ensure effective execution of the design vision.
  • Act as primary point of contact for US-based clients, providing expertise and advice throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Possess a Licensed Architect (RA or equivalent certification) or relevant experience.
  • Accumulate 7+ years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record in leading complex projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience working with architectural design software.
  • Exhibit familiarity with US-specific building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
