About the Job
This position requires you to develop and execute B2B sales strategies for key corporate customers, onboard new clients by providing tailored solutions and negotiating complex contracts, cultivate long-term relationships with partners and corporate customers, drive, measure, and report key performance indicators using Salesforce.com and other systems, present business reviews to senior management on progress and challenges, lead cross-functional projects and new product launches across various business channels, and manage regular reviews with clear inputs and actionables.

As a Business Development Manager, you will analyze sales data, identify potential growth opportunities, negotiate with clients, collaborate with product teams, and present your team's progress to senior management.

Requirements
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
