
Chief Mergers and Acquisitions Executive

Leading an organization's end-to-end M&A lifecycle is a complex task that requires seasoned professionals with expertise in strategic planning, target identification, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and post-merger integration.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning and Target Identification:
- Develop growth strategies and prioritize acquisition or JV opportunities based on market research and competitor analysis.
- Conduct valuations and prepare investment memos and board presentations to ensure successful transaction execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors during due diligence.
- Structure deals that align with legal and tax requirements.
- Negotiate agreements to ensure timely transaction closure.
- Plan and execute integration with key stakeholders.
- Monitor synergies, transitions, and post-deal performance.
- Collaborate across functions for deal alignment.
- Manage relationships with advisors and strategic partners.
- Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred
- Experience: 10–15 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking; minimum 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred; proven track record in handling end-to-end M&A lifecycle
