  10. Drive recruitment strategies to ensure an optimal organizational structure.
  11. Review roles and grade structures to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  12. Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  13. Support compensation philosophy articulation through market research and benchmarking.
  14. Design a compensation structure in line with industry standards and organizational requirements.
  15. Streamline pay delivery processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  16. Develop and deliver HR policies that align with industry standards and best practices.

Ideal Candidate:

  • MBA/MSW – HR from a reputable institution with at least 10 years of experience in Retail, Service, and Manufacturing sectors.
