Talent Acquisition is a strategic function that drives business growth by identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent. As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead our recruitment efforts to develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand workforce requirements and plan recruitment activities.
    • Set and monitor key recruitment metrics to ensure goals are met.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment specialists and coordinators to ensure a high-performing team.
    • Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
    • Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and guide professional development for team members.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
    • Oversee the identification, sourcing, and selection of qualified candidates for open positions.
    • Manage and enhance the company's talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
    • Utilize innovative sourcing methods to find top-tier candidates.
  • Hiring Process Optimization:
    • Ensure a seamless recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
    • Partner with HR and hiring managers to streamline interview processes and communicate with candidates.
    • Maintain an efficient applicant tracking system to track candidate progress and analyze recruitment data.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to define job specifications, determine candidate qualifications, and support job requisitions.
    • Advise and educate hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
    • Serve as a key point of contact for HR and leadership to provide updates on recruiting efforts and market trends.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Enhance and promote the company's employer brand by engaging with candidates and creating a positive perception of the organization.
    • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to attract talent.
    • Contribute to the development of compelling job descriptions, career site content, and social media recruitment campaigns.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to leadership, showcasing key recruitment metrics, challenges, and outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interviews, and hiring data.
