Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to fill this critical role. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal part in hiring top technology and product talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technology and product roles, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract exceptional talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
  • Design and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive pipeline.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) experience, ideally in a corporate environment with full life cycle recruiting expertise.
  • Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and hiring strategies.
  • Create and maintain recruitment dashboards and regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, salary ranges, and market trends.
  • Set and deliver high customer service standards to both internal and external candidates.
  • Drive innovative resourcing solutions to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines within a line of business through targeted candidate interactions.
  • Manage candidate inquiries, candidate care, and facilitate employee processes involving candidates.
  • Consult on selection decisions and offers, frequently involving complex terms and conditions.
  • Complete all process requirements, including dispositioning candidates, and ensure compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements.
