Electronics Industry Business Development Lead

Tata Electronics is a prominent player in the global electronics manufacturing industry, with expanding capabilities in Electronics Manufacturing Services, Semiconductor Assembly & Test, Semiconductor Foundry, and Design Services.

This role focuses on delivering business insights and driving customer-related activities across multiple businesses within the value chain.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create a comprehensive customer database, gathering key information from sales, BD, and technical teams.
- Develop strategies for each account and prepare high-quality briefing documents for C-level meetings with potential customers.
- Manage high-level customer interactions, including hosting visits and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Head of Global Sales to execute key actions from customer meetings and visits.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chief of Staff, TA or Program Management Director/Leader in the semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record of working with multiple B2B customers.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the capacity to execute initiatives at a fast pace with minimal oversight.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to navigate challenges and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications. This figure reflects the level of expertise and responsibilities associated with this role within the electronics manufacturing industry.
