About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer CoS/PMO Lead to join our team and drive business growth across our key businesses. As a strategic partner, you will work closely with C-level Executives, Head of Global Sales, and Program Management Office to deliver business insights and support customer acquisition efforts.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Create a comprehensive customer database and track key developments in each account based on interactions from the Sales, BD, and technical teams.
- Help implement strategy for each account and prepare high-quality briefing documents for C-level meetings with potential customers.
- Manage high-level customer interactions, including hosting customer visits.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on key actions from customer meetings/visits.
- Work closely with the Head of Global Sales to achieve business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of working with multiple customers in B2B space.
- Demonstrated excellence in liaising with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Semiconductor industry experience as a Chief of Staff, TA, or Program Management Director/Leader with experience supporting C-Level Executives.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to execute initiatives at a fast pace with minimal oversight from management.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to navigate challenges and ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
