Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager - Consumer Electronics

Salary: ₹18-25 Lakhs per annum

Job Description:
  • Channel Development: We are seeking an individual to create and execute effective offline sales strategies for our drones, cameras, gimbals, and microphones product lines. This involves developing partnerships with prominent Large Format Retailers (LFRs) like Croma, Reliance, and Vijay Sales, as well as exploring opportunities for Business-to-Government (B2G) sales and government tenders.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: The ideal candidate will develop and implement a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to maximize revenue and market presence, focusing on pricing models, promotional campaigns, and inventory management strategies. They will be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding our offline footprint.
  • Partner & Stakeholder Management: The successful candidate will negotiate and onboard LFR partners, conduct product training sessions, and support retail teams to improve conversion rates. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of sales and marketing plans.
  • Market Insights: We require someone who can monitor and analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in the photography and consumer electronics space. This insight will be crucial in refining our products and sales strategies.
  • Team Leadership: The selected candidate will build and lead a team focused on driving offline sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute effective offline sales channels for consumer electronics products.
  • Develop partnerships with key Large Format Retailers (LFRs).
  • Explore opportunities for Business-to-Government (B2G) sales and government tenders.
