Job Title: Account Delivery Head

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our account delivery team. As Account Delivery Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance and governance of Statements of Work, working closely with Vendor Account Manager to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations according to requirements and SLAs set out in SOWs.
  • Identify and resolve service delivery issues promptly, implementing preventative measures to minimize downtime.
  • Transition management during setup or expansion phases.

Tech Infrastructure:

  • Evaluate and establish necessary service provider infrastructure, including technology, financial, human resources, security, facilities, and communication resources.

Team Management:

  • Provide exceptional people and process management, mentorship, and career development to team members, promoting low attrition levels and high employee engagement.

Operations Improvement:

  • Drive Operations teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains.

Risk Management:

  • Flag and escalate business risks timely to clients.

Sales Strategy:

  • Oversee overall sales strategy of the business.

Communication:

  • Maintain high-quality communication with clients for seamless process management.

Critical Skills:

  • 18 years of experience in contact center operations.
  • Strong B2C/B2B sales experience.
  • Digital marketing ads sales experience.
  • Dynamic leader with experience managing large and diverse teams across multiple sites.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Very strong level of English, both written and verbal.
  • University Graduate or above.
  • 8 years of people management experience, including managing leaders.
