Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design & Technical Leadership
    • Lead the design and development of learning and leadership solutions, integrating assessment methodologies, instructional design principles and innovative technologies.
    • Translate narrative scripts and complex academic or technical concepts into engaging learning experiences (storyboards, videos, simulations and blended learning solutions).
    • Drive visualization and design consistency across all learning materials to maximize learner engagement and retention.
    • Ensure solutions align with client business context, goals and measurable impact.
  • Client Management & Delivery
    • Lead large, complex, multi-portfolio client engagements.
    • Manage project delivery teams, timelines, budgets and profitability while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
    • Oversee content development workflows, including production, LMS integration and quality assurance of digital assets (videos, decks, assessments, captions).
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning as a trusted advisor.
  • Business Development & Growth
    • Partner with account teams to shape and execute account expansion strategies.
    • Lead solution design, pricing, proposal development and high-stakes presentations/pilots to senior executives.
    • Identify opportunities to innovate learning solutions and expand consulting services across portfolios.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building
    • Mentor, coach and develop consultants, learning associates and project teams in consulting, instructional design and client management capabilities.
    • Mobilize and align resources across workstreams, fostering collaboration and accountability for project outcomes.
    • Build organizational capability in emerging learning technologies and digital-first instructional design.
