Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable WordPress expert to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade WordPress solutions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in multiple CMS platforms and have experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other headless CMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end WordPress development projects to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
  • Architect and implement custom themes, plugins, and integrations tailored to business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, design, QA, and DevOps to deliver seamless CMS experiences.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern CMS solutions based on project needs.
  • Mentor junior developers and drive best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.
  • Ensure timely delivery, manage code reviews, and maintain documentation for technical implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation.
  • Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Exposure to Headless CMS, cloud hosting, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex CMS projects.
  • Nice to Have: Experience migrating or integrating between multiple CMS platforms, knowledge of performance testing, SEO optimization, and accessibility standards.
