At Hilton, we're always looking for dedicated professionals to join our team as a Guest Relations Executive.

Job Description

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our VIP Guests receive exceptional service. You will act as the main point of contact for these guests and ensure that hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements.

Your duties will include meeting, greeting and directing guests who enter the lobby area, serving as the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensuring hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements, seeking verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and responding to all guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.

You will also be responsible for managing, recording and resolving promptly any guest or customer complaints, ensuring a very high level of customer service is constantly maintained for reception, lobby area and executive lounge, demonstrating a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the hotel and identifying opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate.

Additionally, you will show creativity with ideas regarding lobby/reception decoration at suitable seasonal time periods in order to enhance the overall image and warmth of this area for the guest, communicate with the executive lounge manager and track and reward regular guests for their loyalty and creativity, choose rewards that meet guest preferences while remaining within allocated budget.

You will maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas, maintain staffing levels to meet business demands, attend all reception meetings and executive lounge meetings, comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation, act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems, assist with other departments as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, as well as a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
