VIP Steward

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. VIP Guest Management

2. Welcome and receive VIP guests, clients, or board members

3. Escort them to meeting rooms, lounges, or executive offices

4. Provide refreshments or other hospitality services as required

5. Meeting & Event Support

6. Prepare and set up executive boardrooms, meeting rooms, or private offices for high-level meetings

7. Ensure all AV equipment, documents, and amenities are in place and functioning

8. Coordinate with catering teams for meals, beverages, and special requests

9. Hospitality Services

10. Serve food and beverages professionally to executives or guests

11. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of VIP areas, lounges, or conference suites

12. Anticipate needs and offer discreet, high-touch service

13. Liaison and Coordination

14. Work with administrative staff, facility management, and security for smooth operations

15. Coordinate visitor passes, transport arrangements, and protocol

16. Discretion & Protocol

17. Maintain confidentiality regarding guests, schedules, or sensitive information

18. Ensure a calm, respectful, and professional demeanor at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong background in hospitality, office support, or executive services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Polished appearance and professional behavior
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Experience serving high-level professionals or clients
• Knowledge of corporate protocols and etiquette
