Concierge Team Leader

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the Concierge department. You will ensure that all services are delivered to the highest standard, and collaborate with other teams to achieve exceptional guest experiences.

  • Luggage Handling & Operations: Ensure seamless luggage-related processes by following established procedures and deputizing for the Chief Concierge as needed.
  • Manpower Planning: Assist in planning staffing levels based on hotel requirements and guest needs, ensuring optimal service delivery.
  • Training & Development: Train Concierge associates according to hotel standards, assess their performance, and recommend promotions or transfers as necessary.
  • Reporting Irregularities: Report any issues or irregularities to the Chief Concierge, and seek assistance from other departments when needed.
  • VIP & Hilton Honors Service: Provide exceptional reception and assistance to VIP guests and Hilton Honors members, particularly during airport arrivals and departures.
  • Service Improvement: Offer recommendations for enhancing hotel operations, services, and guest experiences, with a focus on increasing revenue or reducing costs.
  • Guest Experience: Follow up on tasks assigned by your superior to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction for all guests.
