Job Overview

This role serves as the primary technical liaison between ViewSonic, EdSync vendor, and customers. The focus is on vendor coordination, technical support, and system performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Main technical point of contact with EdSync vendor for effective communication and issue resolution management.
  • High-level technical support provision for critical issues, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
  • L1 escalation point of contact within ViewSonic, providing ongoing technical guidance and support for existing customers.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting to track technical KPIs, regular system performance monitoring, and analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 5+ years in technical roles, ERP or education technology experience preferred.
  • Strong vendor management and customer support skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • In-depth ERP architecture and system integration knowledge.
