Analog Technical Lead

Location: Bangalore

Analog Design Lead plays a crucial role in the development of analog electronic systems. This position involves overseeing a team of engineers in the design, development, and testing of analog circuits and systems, which can range from simple components like amplifiers and filters to complex integrated circuits for various applications.


Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Supervision: Lead a team of analog circuit designers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Ensure team cohesion and effective collaboration within the team and with other engineering teams.
  • Design and Development: Take the lead in designing and developing complex analog circuit systems, including schematic capture, simulation, and layout review. This involves working on components such as ADCs, DACs, PLLs, amplifiers, and filters.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical expert in analog circuit design, staying abreast of the latest technologies, tools, and design techniques. Apply this knowledge to innovate and solve complex design challenges.



Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters / bachelor's degree in VLSI / Electronics engineering.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in analog circuit design, including a proven track record of leading design projects from conception through to production. Experience in supervising or leading a team is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of analog electronics principles and design techniques. Proficiency in design and simulation tools (e.g., Cadence, LTSpice, MATLAB). Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to solve complex technical problems creatively and effectively.
