Role Overview
Primary technical liaison between ViewSonic, EdSync vendor, and customers. Focus on vendor coordination, technical support, and system performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Coordination
- Main technical point of contact with EdSync vendor
- Technical requirements communication and negotiation
- Issue resolution management
- Oversight of updates and new features implementation
Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- High-level technical support provision for critical issues
- Problem resolution coordination with vendor and internal IT teams
- L1 escalation point of contact within ViewSonic
- Customer satisfaction ensurance through prompt and effective issue resolution
Pre-sales and Post-sales Technical Expertise
- Technical feature demonstrations and architecture explanations

- Ongoing technical guidance and support for existing customers
- EdSync system capabilities and limitations articulation
- to sales team and customers
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Technical KPI establishment and tracking
- Regular system performance monitoring and analysis
- Performance improvement recommendations based on data analysis
Technical Documentation Management
- Comprehensive technical documentation creation and maintenance
- Knowledge base development for internal teams and customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 5+ years in technical roles, ERP or education technology experience preferred
- Strong vendor management and customer support skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- In-depth ERP architecture and system integration knowledge
