Job Summary:

Recruitment Manager Position

Pepper Advantage is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various recruitment portals and networks.

Fulfilling bulk hiring targets in accordance with organizational needs is a critical aspect of this role. You will utilize the Application Tracking System to streamline the recruitment process, maintain proper MIS reports, and ensure compliance with hiring policies.

Collaborating with stakeholders and providing regular updates on recruitment progress is essential in this position. You will also provide generalist support as required, including administrative tasks and HR-related duties.

  • 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Proven experience in bulk hiring or call centre hiring.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and data management tools.
  • Negotiation skills, ownership, and accountability.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
