Job Title: Associate Director, Production

Role Overview

The associate director will lead a dedicated vertical, managing end-to-end production processes and client relationships. This role oversees a team of creative producers, ensuring seamless execution of projects from initial brief to final asset delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage all stages of production projects within the vertical, ensuring timelines, quality standards are met, and budgets are optimized.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the vertical, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of creative producers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective project management.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure all internal and external processes are followed, including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of creative and production output, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Client Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital media.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
