Business Development and Sales:

  • Promote our company as a leading authority in vertical transportation solutions in India.
  • Create and identify sales opportunities through networking, industry research, and proactive customer engagement.
  • Effectively manage customer relationships, understanding their needs, constraints, and growth prospects.
  • Expand our customer base and enhance customer retention through continuous improvement and innovative solutions.

Operations and Resources:

  • Ensure efficient operations aligned with our quality management system and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain profit-and-loss responsibility for our vertical transportation activities in India.
  • Prepare regular progress reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage resources, including personnel recruitment, training, and development, to support business growth.
