Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Opportunities for Innovation and Growth: Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in product features and performance, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Manage and Mentor Software Developers: Manage and mentor a team of software developers, fostering collaboration, productivity, and accountability.
  • Provide Leadership for Timely and High-Quality Product Delivery: Provide leadership to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, and implement agile methodologies and best practices in product development.
  • Oversee End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring that products meet functional, technical, and design standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Related Field: A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 Years' Experience as a Product Manager: A minimum of 5 years' experience as a product manager in software, digital products, or SaaS environments is required.
  • Proven Track Record of Leading Cross-Functional Teams: A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver applications and SaaS products is essential.
  • Strong Understanding of Software Development Processes: A strong understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies is necessary.
  • Excellent English Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are required, with experience working directly with international teams/HQ.
