Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Process Excellence Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering business transformation initiatives and driving operational excellence across various functions.

You will design and implement operational excellence frameworks best suited for the vertical, formulate and manage detailed KPI tables, identify and lead improvement initiatives, drive innovation and automation for waste elimination and efficiency improvement, and engage employees in various operational excellence initiatives.

  • Business Transformation:
  • Design and implement an operational excellence framework best suited for the vertical.
  • Formulate and manage detailed KPI tables across all businesses in the e-commerce domain.
  • Identify and lead improvement initiatives in internal business/operational processes.
  • Drive innovation and automation for waste elimination and efficiency improvement.
  • Engage employees in various operational excellence initiatives.

Project and Team Management:

  • Oversee multiple projects across different lines of business (LOBs), ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Lead a diverse team of members, including business analysts, process excellence leads/managers, and content developers.

Operational and Process Excellence:

  • Identify process gaps and implement efficiency-driven solutions to improve workflows and service delivery.
  • Work closely with process excellence analysts to standardize operations, reduce inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Leverage data insights to track performance, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with internal and client-defined SLAs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated project/program management skills.
  • Extensive understanding of mistake proofing and automation tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma GB certified (or BB trained).
  • Experience in the e-commerce/internet industry.
  • People management skills.
  • Great communication skills, self-motivated independent worker, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a diverse team across multiple functions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
