About this role:
This Customer Service Specialist will be the frontline ambassador for a leading industrial conglomerate, ensuring reliable support and responsive communication to every customer.
The role involves managing customer inquiries and orders with accuracy and professionalism, coordinating with sales and logistics teams for smooth order processing, tracking order status, and proactively updating customers on progress or issues. Additionally, the representative will resolve service complaints and concerns with a solutions-first mindset, maintain detailed customer records, and generate service performance reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and orders with accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for smooth order processing
- Track order status and proactively update customers on progress or issues
- Resolve service complaints and concerns with a solutions-first mindset
- Maintain detailed customer records and generate service performance reports
- Provide after-sales support, including product information and warranty handling
- Support customer engagement activities and contribute to service improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service or order management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Organized and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
