
Global Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled International Voice Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via voice calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update CRM and make outbound calls daily using provided leads
- Verify and screen prospective customer data
- Capture additional information and assess customer interest in the company's products
- Work closely with the Sales team for lead allocation
- Ensure lead accuracy and quality before handing off to counsellors
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Any graduate degree
- Strong spoken English communication skills
- Comfortable working US shift timings
- Highly energetic and interested in rapid growth
