Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, troubleshooting issues, and documenting resolutions. You will also be expected to improve your skills and knowledge to accelerate support and product expertise.

  • You will participate in support of incoming calls, demonstrating empathy for customer issues.
  • You will utilize judgment, training resources, and knowledge base to provide consistent solutions to customers.
  • You will document issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions with pinpoint accuracy to reduce repeated troubleshooting.
  • You will improve skills and knowledge to accelerate support and product expertise.
  • You will engage with peers, managers, and organizational leaders to provide collaborative solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficient in US Accent and English Language, both Verbal and written.
  • Self-improvement and growth mindset, ability to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Logical approach to troubleshooting, maintaining a superior level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve exceed expectations and goals.

Minimum Qualification:

  • B.Sc (Computers/Electronics), BCA, or BBA degree or equivalent.
  • Work experience in similar set-ups like fueling industry, IT support, retail customer support centers with troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with direct customer engagement in fast-paced customer-focused environments.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal support in Hybrid model.
  • Multi-tasking and good typing speed at least 50 words per minute.
  • Conversant in US accent, able to listen, understand, and respond accurately.
  • Document everything with tremendous detail.
