Job Opportunity:We are seeking a results-driven professional with 3-7 years of experience to lead our demand generation efforts across both outbound and inbound channels.Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement end-to-end demand generation plans for enterprise and mid-market accounts in target geographies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaigns, including webinars, email campaigns, Ads, Google Ads, events, and SEO-driven inbound strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch high-impact campaigns, aligned with buyer personas and decision journeys.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through data analysis and market insights.
  • Oversee the use and effectiveness of CRM, marketing automation, and website performance tools.
  • Support regional growth initiatives in international markets, including GCC, Brazil, and Australia, through targeted demand gen strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth for SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B services.
  • Experience managing webinars, email campaigns, Ads, Google Ads, events, and inbound strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and campaign performance tools.
  • Exposure to international markets, including GCC, Brazil, and Australia, is a plus.
