Marketing Strategy Director - Contingent Workforce Management and Talent Technology

Job Overview:

Lead a global marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, pipeline generation, and customer engagement for a market leader in contingent workforce management and talent technology. Develop comprehensive plans to position the company as a premier VMS solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive brand messaging and storytelling to differentiate the platform in the HR Tech SaaS landscape.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales, product, and executive leadership for a unified go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing:
  • Develop multi-channel demand generation programs that fuel pipeline growth and revenue acceleration globally.
  • Implement data-driven growth marketing tactics to attract enterprise HR, procurement, and talent acquisition leaders.
  • Own and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion, ensuring high-quality MQL-to-SQL pipelines.
Content & Thought Leadership:
  • Oversee content creation, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, industry reports, and blogs that establish thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with analysts, influencers, and industry leaders to strengthen credibility and drive earned media coverage.
Customer & Partner Marketing:
  • Build customer advocacy programs leveraging client success stories and testimonials in marketing efforts.
  • Develop co-marketing initiatives with ecosystem partners to expand market reach.
Analytics & Performance Optimization:
  • Define and track key marketing KPIs, including CAC, LTV, pipeline contribution, MQL conversion rates, and brand engagement metrics.
  • Utilize marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to drive campaign effectiveness.

Requirements include 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, with at least 5+ years in HR Tech, Workforce Management, or related industries.

A proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital marketing, demand generation, and ABM strategies is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR Tech buyer personas, including HR leaders, procurement professionals, and workforce strategy executives.

Experience managing global marketing campaigns and working with enterprise sales teams is highly valued. Strong expertise in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and analytics tools is also required.
