The role demands a deep understanding of human resource processes, people management, and compliance to support organizational growth and foster a positive work environment.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to oversee end-to-end HR operations and the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine manpower requirements.
  • Coordinate employee inductions and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values.
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Track KPIs and assist managers in goal setting and reviews.
  • Maintain employee records in the HR system.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Identify training needs in consultation with managers.
  • Coordinate and track employee learning initiatives.
