Strategic HR Leader

A seasoned and accomplished Human Resources professional is sought to drive operational excellence and standardize processes across our organization.

This pivotal role will oversee end-to-end HR Operations, including multiple sites and corporate teams. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and play a key part in shaping the HR operations framework aligned with the company's long-term goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end HR Operations across the organization, encompassing multiple sites and corporate teams
  • Mentor and guide Site HR Heads and Corporate HR teams to enhance performance and productivity
  • Implement and govern HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks to ensure seamless execution
  • Take ownership of Employee Life Cycle Management, covering onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation
  • Enhance and scale HRIS systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR functions
  • Proactively address grievance redressal, workplace practices, and policy implementation
  • Define and implement best practices in HR operations to elevate efficiency, standardization, and employee experience
  • Act as a liaison with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and business heads
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources from prestigious institutions
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations within large organizations
Required Skills:
  • Significant experience in managing multi-location HR teams and high-scale operations
  • In-depth understanding of HR systems, compliance, labor laws, process design, and execution
  • Demonstrated ability to work at a strategic level while managing complex operational details
  • Must have experience reporting to CXO/CHRO level leadership
