Key Responsibilities:
- Nurturing Leads: Proactively engage customers to confirm bookings and turn repair quotes into sales.
- Outbound Calls: Make high-volume calls to warm leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and organized pipeline management.
- Customer Experience: Build trust, handle objections empathetically, and maintain a friendly tone throughout conversations.
- Process Consistency: Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure all interactions adhere to established processes and protocols.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer-facing roles or lead conversion positions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English and a warm, engaging personality.
- Sales Mindset: Ability to guide customers without hard-selling, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Organizational Skills: Highly process-driven with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactivity: Initiative to chase missing information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Resilience: Comfortable making repeated calls and handling objections in a professional manner.
