Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in transforming business processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Job Overview

The Business Analyst acts as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, identifying opportunities, translating business needs into solutions, and ensuring that initiatives deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ai Opportunity Identification
  • Discover and prioritize ai use cases that align with business goals, conducting workshops and stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points and automation opportunities.
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications for ai teams, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment.
  1. Requirements Gathering & Translation
  • Build roi models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for ai initiatives, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  1. Performance Monitoring
  • Define kpis and success metrics for ai projects, tracking and reporting on project outcomes and business impact.
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  1. Ai Governance & Ethics
  • Evaluate ai solutions compliance with ethical standards, data privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. MBA or Master's preferred.

Experience: 3–6 years in business analysis, with 1–2 years in ai projects.

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with ai concepts (e.g., nlp, computer vision, generative ai).
Basic knowledge of python, sql, tableau, or power bi.
Understanding of ai platforms (aws sagemaker, azure ml, google vertex ai).

Business Acumen:
Strong grasp of business strategy, operations, and financial modeling.
Ability to align ai initiatives with organizational goals.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Project management capabilities (agile, pmp, or cbap certification is a plus)
