Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned change management professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and possess the expertise to drive business growth through strategic transformation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading organization change management tracks in large-scale transformation projects, including digital transformation, AI&I programs, and large ERP transformation programs.

  • Develop and execute effective change management strategies that drive stakeholder engagement and ensure successful program delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technology and non-technology solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Manage client expectations and foster a high-performance culture through effective communication and leadership skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • At least 3+ years of top-tier consulting experience post-MBA, preferably as a change management specialist in technology/non-technology driven transformation programs.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end change management interventions in at least 2-3 transformation programs, regardless of the context of change.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and executive-level relationship-building skills.
  • Past experience in management consulting with consulting firms.
  • Certification in change management, such as Prosci or PCI, is an added advantage.
