As a Change Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving transformative projects forward. Your key role will be to oversee multiple initiatives and work closely with dedicated teams focused on delivering tangible impact within communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead diverse projects with specialized teams, ensuring successful achievement of project targets.
  • Prepare and submit activity reports to stakeholders, providing transparent updates on project progress.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships for collaborative success, fostering connections that drive positive change.
  • Travel extensively within and outside Mumbai for project implementation, engaging with local stakeholders and experts.
  • Build a network of volunteer mentors and coordinate with volunteers involved in projects, empowering them to make a meaningful difference.
  • Employ resourcefulness in project design, implementation, and monitoring, identifying and implementing creative solutions to challenges encountered.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, demonstrating academic excellence and expertise.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in non-profit program management, showcasing your ability to drive impactful projects.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • A positive, community-focused mindset, reflecting your commitment to creating lasting change.
  • Empathy and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, recognizing the value of inclusive leadership.
  • Residency in Mumbai is required, ensuring your presence in the city where our projects are based.
