Job Description:

The Digital Transformation Leader will drive the company's strategic vision and execution of comprehensive training & development programs. They will lead the digital transformation within the training function, ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching business goals.

This role requires a visionary leader to develop, implement, and manage a holistic digital learning strategy. The ideal candidate will champion the adoption and integration of digital learning technologies, driving continuous innovation in the training function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the development of innovative digital learning content and programs, including simulations, virtual reality, microlearning, and blended learning models.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage digital learning platforms and technologies to ensure they meet organizational needs.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital learning and workplace technology.
