Job Title

A Digital Transformation Leader is sought after to spearhead the development of software applications.

About the Role

This leadership position involves overseeing the design, build, and configuration of applications as the primary point of contact. Key responsibilities include collaborating with various teams to ensure application requirements are met, managing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. Problem-solving activities will be essential in ensuring that applications align with business objectives and user needs while maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Collaborating and managing the team to perform tasks efficiently
  • Making decisions for the team and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions
  • Providing solutions to problems affecting the immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery of milestones
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Process Industries
  • Strong understanding of production planning methodologies and processes
  • Experience with integration of SAP PP with other SAP modules
  • Ability to analyze and optimize production processes for efficiency

In addition, we require:

  • Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Process Industries
  • A strong educational background, with at least 15 years of full-time education
