Executive Leader Transformation Position

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned executive leader with global experience and a proven ability to deliver complex, high-impact transformation programs. This role will drive modernization of processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption.

About the Opportunity:

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced transformation leader to join our organization and lead strategic and operational transformation across our P&C insurance business in North America, the UK, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the transformation office with full accountability for driving process excellence (PEX) and ensuring timely execution of strategic efficiency and/or business outcome projects.
  • Oversee the identification, prioritization, and delivery of CI, Automation, AI, Data analytics opportunities across internal operations, customer-facing functions.
  • Establish governance frameworks, execution roadmaps, and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the Insurance Industry preferably P&C domain.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies in IT/ITES BPO Organization.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, UK, and Australia.
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong command of operational governance models and performance management systems.
